Ornamental drive is beautiful at all times of the year with its impressive redwood trees standing proudly along side the native trees. The light coming through the tree canopy in great shafts feels cinematic, and the lush greens are inspiring for any nature lover. Green is my favourite colour and seeing all the shades here is just gorgeous!

For this session, we met early in the morning for the beautiful light. Mornings tend to be better for young children too. The sun streamed through the trees, creating fairytale like backdrop that required very little direction. We just followed the light (it moves quickly as the sun rises!) and Sam’s little boy as he explored his surroundings, he also moved quickly!
