We can either rearrange to do the shoot inside or we can embrace the rain with wellies and just get wet! Whichever feels right for you and your family. Even very grey days can result in beautiful photos. Depending on the forecast it might feel appropriate to reschedule the shoot.

I aim to get pictures turned around for two weeks after our shoot. Images will be sent as fully edited hi res jpegs. I do not send RAW files.

We won't rush anything and we will be led by your child/ children. As a parent myself I know there is no way to force children into doing something they don’t want to do! We can flow through their energy together and land with something unique for you and your family. 

It is completely normal to not be totally at ease in front of the camera. We will have time to chat and feel more comfortable together when we start shooting. My style is natural and relaxed with a documentary style so we can make candid pictures together which is a lovely way to ease into portraits together. It should even be enjoyable!
